Spray Paint vs Sugar Scrub for cleaning your skin

So it's pinewood derby season for the cub scouts and my son and husband are working hard at building and painting the car.  The other night my husband says "I need your sugar scrub this soap isn't cutting it"  I look down and his hand has blue paint on it, mostly his finger.
So I quickly gave him the first scrub I saw this time happened to be the Orange Brown sugar scrub.  the following pictures tell the rest of the story.

 

Sugar Scrubs aren't just for dry hands there for painted hands as well.
